We have great news! Jachtcharter Klompmaker will become part of Yachtcharter De Drait as of November 1, 2021.<\/p>\n

The fleet consists of 10 comfortable “Kotterjachten”. The Klompmaker Kotter have a special build. Years of experience in yacht building at the Klompmaker shipyard are the basis for this.<\/p>\n

There are also going 5 boats from Drachten base to Woudsend base. That is two Drait Advantages (77 and 79) and three Drait Classiclines (39.50 and 52). The Drait boats together with the Kotterjachten of Klompmaker form a nice combination for the beautiful location in Woudsend.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\n

Drait Hub in Woudsend<\/h3>\n

For the 2022\u00a0 season, Yachtcharter De Drait will use the facilities in Woudsend. De Location has its own marina with a charter base and a shipyard for service, maintenance, repair and shipbuilding.<\/p>\n

The Hub functions as extra support for sailing and service, so that the guests of Yachtcharter De Drait can be offered even more service.<\/p>\n

Woudsend is centrally located in the Frisian Lake District. There Water sports is one of the economic pillars. In addition to renting out yachts, Yachtcharter De Drait also rents out sloops and House boats.<\/p>\n

Developments<\/h3>\n

In collaboration with De Drait Yachting and the Woudsend production site, we are going to build 4 new sloops. Two DrachtsterSloep open and two DrachtsterSloep Cabin.<\/p>\n

In order to realize this, we are also going to expand the Yachtcharter De Drait team. The team of Jachtcharter Klompmaker will be expanded with a number of employees for rental, yacht service and booking center.<\/p>\n

The new manager for Jachtcharter Klompmaker will have a lot of room to develop new activities.<\/p>\n

Renting out means much more than just making the boat available as a rental object.<\/p>\n

Develop new products and Sustainability programme, new line Drait Yachts, Support facilities: mobile Yachtservice,<\/p>\n

Carry out yacht service in collaboration with other companies in Woudsend<\/p>\n

What else do we do?<\/h3>\n

compiling tourist information point sailing routes, collecting information about tourist attractions and events. promoting culture and history and curiosities of the region.<\/p>\n

In addition, relaxation, food, sports and shopping are important topics for the guests.<\/p>\n

Because technology and software do not stand still, we are also busy developing the booking system and online payments.<\/p>\n

Woudsend welcome<\/h3>\n

The Woudsend location will be fully furnished according to the current wishes of guests and employees with in the winter:<\/p>\n

office, reception room, training room and terraces. Reception area with, among other things, the best coffee from the coffee roaster in the area and other delicious regional products.<\/p>\n
