Then book a week for €850, including mandatory additional costs*. After your trip, you only pay the fuel costs, which are calculated based on consumption.

The boating area Friesland

From Drachten, you can easily explore the Frisian Lake District. Within an hour you will be in National Park De Alde Feanen, where you can enjoy peace and quiet, for example to swim, fish or spot birds. In addition, you have free passage to well-known watersports villages such as Grou, Terherne, Joure and Lemmer.

Would you rather discover one or more of the Eleven Cities? The Sloep Cabin is ideal for this. For example, sail to the Frisian capital Leeuwarden and moor in the Prinsentuin. With a walk of just two minutes, you will be right in the center of the capital. Visit the Fries Museum, take a stroll through the historic city center and settle down on one of the many terraces.

Our Sloep Cabin

The Sloep Cabin is suitable for a comfortable boating trip across the Frisian Lakes for two people. If you do not wish to stay overnight on board, the Sloep Cabin can accommodate up to six people.

In the bow there is a seating area that can easily be converted into a double bed. Storage space can be found under the benches. The kitchen is equipped with a sink and a cooking appliance. In addition, you will find various cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for preparing a delicious meal on board. Opposite the kitchen there is an enclosed toilet. In the cockpit, next to the helm with helmsman’s seat, there is a separate seat for a passenger, a spacious bench seat, and all of this is covered with an extended enclosed canopy.

You will experience the ease of boating of the Sloep Cabin as soon as you leave our harbor. The sloop is highly maneuverable thanks to the bow thruster. The Sloep Cabin is equipped with a 220-volt socket, which only works when the boat is connected to shore power in a marina or at a mooring in a village or city.

Are you looking for a boat as a first introduction to watersports to discover Friesland? Then the Sloep Cabin is ideal. The boat is compact, highly maneuverable and equipped with all conveniences. Before departure, you will always receive instructions from us about the boat, the boating area and the navigation rules. If you have little experience or have never rented a boat before, you can make use of our skipper training prior to departure.
