Our favourite cycling route in Brandenburg

Brandenburg offers something for everyone. In the German state you will find beautiful nature reserves on the one hand, and the raw and vibrant capital Berlin on the other. 

The great thing is: you can easily discover all of these different types of areas in Brandenburg by boat. And yes, that includes Berlin, which enables you to discover this metropolis in a completely different way.

Boating and cycling: the perfect combination

If you would like to alternate your sailing tour in Brandenburg with another means of transport, cycling is an excellent substitute. Cycling enables you to visit places a boat just can’t get to. An ideal combination therefore, sailing and cycling.

Below you will find our favorite cycling route in the Brandenburg sailing area. The route is 87 kilometers long and can be cycled in about 5 hours. It leads you through the beautiful West Havelland nature park. The starting point is Haven Rathenow. Click on the map below on the icon at the top left for more information.

Bicycles on board?

Bicycles are easy to take on board of our boats. You can choose to bring your own bicycles, but it is also possible to rent bicycles.
